Q. When will my order ship?
A. We ship orders same day when placed before 4pm EST.
Q. May I have shipment tracking?
A. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address on file when the shipment is created as well as being stored in your order history. The email may get caught in the spam folder. If you are unable to find the tracking, please call 516-565-6600 and we will provide it to you.
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. Dependent on the shipping method that was chosen, most deliveries are made within 2-5 business days.
Q. Where is my order?
A. Please check the tracking information that was sent by email or by logging into your account. If you see something wrong with the tracking please call 516-565-6600 so we can help right away.
Q. The tracking says it was delivered but I cannot find it.
A. This happens occasionally, please check around your home, mailbox, porch, planters etc. If the package cannot be located please call 516-565-6600 we will assist in contacting the shipping carrier and getting the package delivered.
Q. I made a mistake, may I return the order?
A. Yes, please return the order to the address on the packing slip and include a copy of the packing slip.
Q. Fastenere made a mistake, what now?
A. Please forgive us, we do our best but mistakes can and do happen. Please call 516-565-6600 and we will fix it immediately.
